Fuzzi Bunz Elite elastic can be adjusted at the leg and waist using simple numbered buttons found inside the pocket of the nappy.  Below is a size guide you can use to get the right settings on your nappies.  Each nappy comes with a full spare set of elastic.

Washing Instructions for Fuzzi Bunz nappies

Rinse nappies in a cold rinse cycle, wash on hot with a small amount of non bio detergent, cold rinse again if necessary.  Tumble dry low.

by Lucy Pritchard Date Added: Saturday 14 April, 2012 This nappy has to be the most adjustable birth to potty I have in my stash. You can adjust the legs and waist independently of each other meaning if your baby has big legs little waist or the other way round you can still obtain a perfect fit. They are also very trim meaning clothes fit well over them. The fleece inner is very soft and poo flicks straight off it so no need for a liner and babies bottom feels dry to touch even when the nappy is very wet. The minky inserts are soft and don't stain or get smelly which is an added bonus. Containment is good and we have not had any leaks. The pocket of the nappy is quite slim but you can fit in both boosters that are supplied with the nappy. They also come with spare easily replaced elastic. My only issues with it are that as mentioned the pocket is narrow so you wouldn't be able to stuff it heavily for nigh use, also big hands might struggle to stuff it a little. Another point to consider is if you have more than one baby on cloth of different sizes because they are adjusted by button elastic it would take longer at change time to adjust it for a different baby this is a trade off though as the button elastic does make it super adjustable and this wouldn't be an issue if you were only using for one baby. We received the nappy a few days ago, and so far it’s been on my little one twice. This nappy is a Birth to potty nappy, and comes with a shell, two minky inserts and spare elastic. The nappy is adjusted by moving the elastic inside the nappy onto different buttonholes (these are marked with numbers). When I first received this nappy I was a bit put off, it looks rather small in comparison to some of my other nappies and I was concerned that it wouldn’t fit my little one. But I dutifully set the nappy to the appropriate sizing on the elastic. I found this rather easy and the instructions were fairly simple to follow. Washing, washing wise this nappy is fantastic. Once off the baby you pull out the inserts and stick it in the machine (obviously after being in a bucket or wet bag) and wash in the normal way in which you wash your nappies. For those with limited drying space, this nappy is a Godsend. Seriously, the inserts came out of my machine almost dry. In fact the shell took longer than the inserts. If you want a quick drying nappy then this is it! Performance, now the vast majority of my nappies have microfibre inserts, and, for my baby these work fine most of the time. I’d say that this nappy performs as well as the next nappy. I had it on my little one twice for about two to three hours both times and it was fine. This is about the average for a cloth nappy. Wear, now I said earlier that I was concerned about the rise on this nappy. I needn’t have worried. This nappy fit my little one brilliantly; we’re currently using the vast majority of our nappies on the second to last snap setting (our totsbots are on the last). The rise isn’t as generous as a bumgenius, but to be honest I didn’t find that a problem. These nappies seem to fit like an itti bitti, in that they’re very trim and seem to function on a ‘low rider’ philosophy. The feel of this nappy is very nice, the minky inserts are lovely to handle and don’t catch on my skin as microfibre tends to do. The outer of the nappy is lovely and soft and the fleece inner is just as nice. It doesn’t seem to as finely milled as other nappies I’ve come across, and I would be concerned about bobbling. But this is something that I’m sure will be tested in time. In conclusion, this is a fabulous nappy that I’ve been very impressed with. I’ve tried pretty much tried everything under the sun and I would happily get more of these nappies. The fit is fabulous and it performs well (on both areas of containment, my little one really put it through its paces). The choice of colours is lush and there is something to please every palette. by susanne wedel Date Added: Saturday 14 April, 2012 I just love the fit of the Elite nappy. There is nothing trimmer out there. The buttons of the leg elastics have been moved to the inside of the pocket. This means that the buttons are not touching baby’s skin anymore. I thought it would be difficult to reach and change the settings but really, it is not any different than before. Also the elastic cannot fall out of its little pocket anymore after a wash cycle. This also eliminates the “fiddleling around” of putting it back inside. Also, this kind of adjustments (vs. rise snaps) does contribute to the trimness of the diaper. The new minky inserts are narrower and less thick but compare to the absorbency of microfiber inserts. We can go more than 3 hrs. without any leaks. I am also very happy about the fact that despite the narrow cut it is able to maintain poop explosions even in times of ugly stomach flu’s. For added absorbency I have used Grovia or Pop-In booster, Itti Bitti inserts in addition to the two minky inserts. As we have a skinny baby, I am especially happy that this diaper fits so well without leaking or leaving any red marks on him. There is still a lot of room left for us, both on the snap settings as well as on the button elastics. I am confident that the Elite will also fit a chunkier baby just fine. The only thing that I do not quite like is the stuffing. The small pocket makes it a bit more difficult to get the inserts in there. But I guess, if you want a very trim diaper you cannot expect a huge pocket to stuff. I love the diaper talk series but also the solid colors are gorgeous. This diaper is the preferred nappy for our day care provider. Overall the diaper is of great quality and the warranty offered by Fuzzibunz can not be beaten... Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]

I thought I'd update with a wear and tear review. These nappies wear so well! Also even after a few months of being worn by my heavy wetter of a toddler the inserts do not smell at all. I don't know about others but especially with teething babies, inserts can get a bit wiffy. Not so with these nappies. Honestly these nappies are fantastic! I also mentioned in a previous review about the fleece inner and possible concerns about bobbling. The fleece inside the nappy is absolutely fine. Seriousy buy these nappies!!!.. They are by far the quickest drying nappy in our stash, the new minky inserts are fantastic, and absorbant too, there's some kind of magic in minky! The Elite is really trim for a BTP nappy, this is due I think to the method for altering size, which is by altering leg elastic with buttons rather than front snaps. I did find this fiddly and annoying, but once you get used to it you only have to do these adjustments every so often. I only give it four because it isn't availably in aplix, and we are an aplix household, thus don't grab for the Elites as often as we should... Rating: [4 of 5 Stars]

It is a nice trim/slimline nappy although this means that my husband struggles to stuff this nappy as his hands are too large. The inside fleece bobbled a bit on first wash (40) but it is still lovely and soft and does not affect the function of the nappy... Rating: [4 of 5 Stars]

by Mandy Somerville Date Added: Sunday 15 April, 2012 i have this in the light blue and its a very nice nappy. I love how theres no rise poppers as its done via the leg elastic. Very easy to adjust when you need to and i found the instructions easy to follow. It makes for a very trim nappy and its one of our go to's when my baby is wearing more restrictive clothing like jeans not made for cloth nappy bulk! The absorbancy is okay with the included insert but theres room in the pocket to boost if you're going out of the house and want some extra protection. Ive never had a leak from one :) It also dries very quickly. A lot of my stash is bamboo so in comparison this line dries sooo quickly. All in all excellent for the price. Appearance - 8/10 (would love to see some pretty prints) Absorbancy - 7/10 Ease of use - 8/10 Dry time - 9/10 Price - 9/10.. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]
