Super speedy delivery

We aim to keep everything we sell in stock and if humanly possible despatch within 24 hours from when you place your order so you should get your lovely things the next day, yippie!  We use Royal Mail for most deliveries and we also use a variety of courier services for larger orders.

If we do not have your item in stock we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an expected despatch date which hopefully won't be too long.

*Delivery costs

UK mainland = FREE for all orders over £40.00 or £2.49 for orders under £40.00.  We do have a next day courier option for £6.95 and a pre 12 o'clock option if you need it guaranteed next day, if you select this service we will send your parcel by parcelforce 24 within 24 working hours and we will prioritize your order.  If we fail on this promise we will refund the postage fee.

Europe = £5.95 for parcels under 2Kg.  Anything over 2Kg will be sent by courier and the shopping cart system will work out the correct postage fee for you.

Worldwide = £7.95 for parcels under 2Kg.  Anything over 2Kg will be sent by courier and will be charged at cost.  We may contact you if the shopping cart system calcuates your courier fee incorrectly, prices vary worldwide but we will always offer you the best postage fees available before despatch. Please note we DO NOT send to the United States of America due to insurance restrictions.

Highlands of Scotland and outlying Islands may be subject to extra charges for courier deliveries over 2Kg.  We will always find the cheapest quote available for you.

Gifts

If you are sending a gift to a different address you can add a note at the checkout.  We will wrap it up nicely for you and include the message you have left.

Hassle free to quibble returns

So you've changed your mind or what you've bought wasn't quite what you imagined from the picture.  No problem, just send it back with your order number for a full refund.  If you receive an item that is faulty then we will send a replacement with a pre-paid return pack to make things even easier.  Just give us a call 01766 770644 to arrange returns or drop us an email to shop@babipur.co.uk .  And if you've created an account you can arrange returns in the members area online.  Our returns address is
