ORDER INFORMATION Ordering from Babipur is easy and all our products can be viewed and ordered via our secure online shop at www.babipur.co.uk. You can place and pay for your order on-line - a hassle free method of ordering which can be carried out any time of the day and any day of the week. All payments are processed by Sagepay payment server which offers the highest level of security. Order by phone 01766 515240 - Call any time between 9.30am and 5pm. We have a high street store in Porthmadog and our friendly staff will take your order details over the phone. Order by post - You can send us a cheque payable to Babipur, just place the items you require in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, when the payment option screen appears choose 'cheque' as your payment method. Please ensure you include the postage charge of £2.49 and send it to the below address. Dispatch Time Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and payment of an order, subject to stock availability. Delivery will be by 1st class Royal Mail or courier which usually takes 1 working day. Delivery Charges UK Mainland We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £2.49 Outside UK Mainland Delivery within the EU is charged at £5.95 however this is for standard parcels up to 2Kg, if your order weighs more than this the cart system will calculate the relevant fee. There may be occasions where the wrong postage fee is charged in which case we will contact you with the cheapest price we have available for posting your item. Delivery to the rest of the world including North America is £7.95 however this is for standard parcels up to 2Kg, if your order weighs more than this we will contact you with a reasonable postage fee. Returns Policy We like to keep things simple so if you don't like an item or you've changed your mind just return it to us for a full refund within 14 days. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Fraud Prevention We are fully aware that online fraud is a serious issue and we have effective anti-fraud precautions in place. Anyone attempting to defraud our online shopping system will be pursued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We will only send orders outside the UK to the cardholders address unless prior contact is made to arrange a different shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions that are deamed suspicious by our fraud screening process. Changes or Cancellations If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us by email shop@babipur.co.uk as soon as possible with your details * Customer name * Order number *. Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section below for further details on our returns policy). Returns Policy We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it remains in an unmarked and saleable condition at your own cost. Please email shop@babipur.co.uk for a reference number for the return prior to sending it. We will then provide a copy of the return address and a cover email. We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. Discount Vouchers Occasionaly we will supply loyalty discount codes to our customers or you may find a discount code in the press. These codes can be used to buy anything in store except for sale items. Should any of the items in your basket be sale items we will contact you for extra payment, the rest of your basket will remain at the discounted price. We only accept discount codes for UK deliveries. Codes may be withdrawn at any time.
