Close Pop-in Nappies at Babi Pur. Close are best know for the Pop-in nappy in fabulous +bamboo and + minkee fabrics, the beautiful Close Caboo carrier and a range of other practical baby products including change mats, towels and the Close baby carrier. The Pop-in Bamboo launched in 2008 was a massive success and a year later followed the Pop-In dream dri microfiber nappy (now called +minkee) which offered a faster drying alternative. Strong ethics and a desire to enable parents to raise their children in a more green and natural way have lead to some fantastic and innovative baby products stocked by some big name stores and of course Babi Pur. So what do we think of Close Parent? Well our own child was cloth bottomed in the Pop-In bamboo nappy and we think it’s brilliant. Combined with the nite booster although a little bulky it was the only nappy to keep her dry right through the night. There are lots of new nappies around now that can achieve good results at night time but the Pop-in is a definite favourite of ours.

We felt overwhelmed with the amount of cloth nappies available, but felt that these seemed the best all-in-one washables. We are very glad we chose the pop-in as we have loved them! They are very absorbent and we had no leaks untill our son was a bit older. As soon as that happened, we added an extra insert and it solved it! Because of their all-in-one design they are easy for novice washable nappy users to get the hang of. This was really useful when family were looking after our son. The bamboo does take a little while to dry, but in the summer (or if you have a tumbler dryer) this isn't a problem. The good thing with this set is as there are so many nappies, we only put a wash on every other day and that usually gave us enough time for the soakers to dry. They have lasted well, to the point that our friends baby is now using them as our son is potty trained. A good, easy to use, absorbent washable...

Nappies that go one as one piece but wash and dry as two or three (quickly) are the way forward. As are birth to potty (one size) nappies. The pop in shell is well designed, with great leg and waist seals once you get them on cosy and straight, we had a few wee accidents when Felix was little and lying down at all times. But not anymore, and they do NEVER let pooh out unlike cheap no-name real nappies or INdisposables. The only thing I'd ask for from the Pop in is a bit more absorbency for larger toddler, but maybe the next generation have this? Having used these nappies now for nearly two years tho now I'm a happy bunny!..
