Close Pop-in Nappies at Babi Pur. The Pop-in Bamboo launched in 2008 was a massive success and a year later followed the Pop-In dream dri microfiber nappy (now called +minkee) which offered a faster drying alternative. Strong ethics and a desire to enable parents to raise their children in a more green and natural way have lead to some fantastic and innovative baby products stocked by some big name stores and of course Babi Pur. So what do we think of Close Parent? Well our own child was cloth bottomed in the Pop-In bamboo nappy and we think it’s brilliant. Combined with the nite booster although a little bulky it was the only nappy to keep her dry right through the night. There are lots of new nappies around now that can achieve good results at night time but the Pop-in is a definite favourite of ours.

I have around 50 nappies in my collection and have to say the pop-in bamboo's are my fav's. When i pushed them to their limit they lasted me 6 hours and huge poo and still no leaks. The clip in boosters make them quick drying but easy to use too. I love the prints aswell they don't just live in my work horse pile but also my pretty's too. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or anyone wanting to use class 5*..

The wrap of the turtle-print nappy is a brighter, pinky-purple than it looks on the pictures here - no bad thing, it's a really lovely striking colour and looks great with t-shirts or under summer dresses. And the bright pink bamboo inserts look pretty good on the washing line too! Like all the pop-ins this comes up tighter on my baby than most other brands and I can see her going up to the biggest rise earlier, so I guess it may not last quite as long as some, but I'll wait and see, I'm certainly happy with the fit now at 8 months and was when she was smaller too (we started using them around 4 months). They are also a bit bulkier than some other brands, but do give a lovely squishy bottom and are very reliable. There's no stay-dry layer in the bamboo pop-ins, which doesn't suit my baby, but I mix and match the inserts from the minkee ones so I have a minkee layer (with stay dry) next to the skin and it works perfectly. They're still very absorbant with either minkee soaker + bamboo booster or minkee booster + bamboo soaker and we've never had a single leak. Pop-ins are very user friendly when they're put together and I personally much prefer the pop-together method to stuffing pockets, so find them easy to put together as well. I'm really happy to have these in my stash and will be tempted to buy more every time I see them on sale, though even at full price they're worth the money...

This is the most beautiful nappy I have! I bought it to use overnight, as I needed something more absorbent than the slimmer fitting Flips (with a different prefold insert) that I'm using during the day. My daughter is a heavy wetter, so I do need an additional booster in there to prevent night-time leaks. The fit is lovely and snug around the leg, and the fabric has a nice feel to it. They are bulkier than Flips, but probably similar to any pocket nappy. I also really like the way the soaker and booster popper in, allowing you to wash and dry them separately. The drying time is pretty good as a result...
