Hello to all our European customers.  We have lots of happy customers right across Europe.  We will despatch your purchase within 24 hours of ordering on our website.  We use either the normal postal service which can take between 5-15 days or for larger orders we use a courier service which takes 3-7 days.

Costs

Carriage charges to Europe vary depending on which country and the weight of your parcel.  All orders under 2Kg are charged at £5.95 and are sent using standard postal service.  Orders over 2Kg are sent using couriers which cost £21.99 upwards.  Our courier service is tracked and insured so we always recommend this for large orders.

We regularly sent parcels all over the world and offer a fast efficient service using FEDEX.

We will despatch your order within 24 hours of ordering online.  All orders weighing less than 2Kg are sent using normal postal service and are charged at £7.95.  Orders weighing more than 2Kg are sent by courier, usually FEDEX, these are charged at £34.99 up to 4Kg and 49.99 over 4Kg.  There may be occasions where an item is simply too big for our normal couriers in which case we will contact you with the cheapest quote available.  The shopping cart will charge you the higher rate but this may not be correct and we will contact you with a quote for the relevant postage fee based on the size and weight of the parcel.
