All Frugi Baby clothes under 2 years are 'Cut4Cloth' which means you can fit a cloth nappy underneath them. Frugi Organic Baby Clothes are made from organic cotton which is eczema friendly and very, very soft. Ethically made from start to finish. Frugi Cotton is certified Fairtrade and is not sprayed with all the nasty chemicals that harm the environment and the health of the cotton farmers. Welcome to planet Frugi at Babi Pur, Organic clothes for babies and children. Frugi make organic and Fair trade clothing for little girls and boys age newborn to 6 years and here at Babi Pur you’ll find a great selection from their latest season. Baby and children’s clothes that allow freedom of movement and are a designed to be played in combined with bright, bold patterns and made from sumptuously soft organic cotton that also gets processed by FLO (Fairtrade) certified suppliers. Frugi started life in 2004 as “cut4cloth”, meaning clothes to fit cloth nappies, when mum to a cloth bottomed baby Lucy Jewson was frustrated with her sons clothes not fitting over his eco nappies. Lucy and her husband Kurt set about making cut4cloth clothes making sure they were ethically manufactured and made from organic cotton. These fab clothes were very popular and as the range grew to include clothes for children and breastfeeding mums a new name was needed and so Frugi, meaning fruits of the earth, was born. The cut4cloth label is still used on some baby items under two years of age, this just means there’s a little more room around the nappy for a cloth nappy but eco disposables will fit just the same. Frugi and Babi Pur – We always get excited when a new range of Frugi clothes arrives and we stock up our shop shelves straight away. We love the organic cotton it’s so soft that we always see people touching the clothes and it’s kind to sensitive skin (eczema friendly). We love the unrestrictive nature of the clothes, it lets children play freely, and we love the childish designs that just let children be children, they won’t be young forever you know!
