The Ambrosius Cornflower Fairy is handmade Waldorf doll holding a small bunch of felt cornflowers. This fair trade, felted wool figure has light brown skin, brown hair and is wearing a blue gown. Ambrosius Summer flower fairies will look sweet with other flower fairies, nestled by a celebration ring or popped on a windowsill.

This fair trade decorative figure has been handmade from environmentally friendly wool felt, recycled paper and wire. Non-toxic textile paint has been used to add delicate facial features

Created in 1996, Ambrosius is a collaboration between Mrs. Katalin Poszony, the owner of Ambrosius and the Cluj-Napoca Waldorf school. Ambrosius felted dolls are ethically made in Romania by skilled artisans, typically older women and young mothers working from home to support their families and people with disabilities.  Profits from the sale of Ambrosius figures also help to fund a Waldorf school in Cluj-Napoca and education for disadvantaged children in rural Transylvania too. Ambrosius fairies are proudly made with love and patience, providing work to the lowest income families in the EU.
