Ambrosius Pocket Dwarf With Crystal Brown Skin

This cute little fair trade felted wool gnome is a wonderful decorative figure with blue and white clothing, brown skin and a long white beard and he's clutching a crystal.  He is perfect for addit to celebration ring or Waldorf-inspired seasonal display or scene. 

Ambrosius fair trade decorative figures are handmade from environmentally friendly wool felt, recycled paper and wire. Non-toxic textile paint has been used to add delicate facial features.

This doll is 6-7cm tall.

Created in 1996, Ambrosius is a collaboration between Mrs. Katalin Poszony, the owner of Ambrosius and the Cluj-Napoca Waldorf school. Ambrosius felted dolls are ethically made in Romania by skilled artisans, typically older women and young mothers working from home to support their families and people with disabilities.  Profits from the sale of Ambrosius figures also help to fund a Waldorf school in Cluj-Napoca and education for disadvantaged children in rural Transylvania too. Ambrosius fairies are proudly made with love and patience, providing work to the lowest income families in the EU.
