Ambrosius Christmas Tree Fairy Brown Skin

This fair trade felted wool figure has brown skin, short brown hair and is wearing a green gown with a red collar, and a christmas tree shaped hat on their head. Pop this flower fairy onto a seasonal display table with winter berries and plants to celebrate Yuletide or nestle her amongst the branches of a Christmas tree.

Ambrosius fair trade decorative figures are handmade from environmentally friendly wool felt, recycled paper and wire. Non-toxic textile paint is been used to add delicate facial features.

Created in 1996, Ambrosius is a collaboration between Mrs. Katalin Poszony, the owner of Ambrosius and the Cluj-Napoca Waldorf school. Ambrosius felted dolls are ethically made in Romania by skilled artisans, typically older women and young mothers working from home to support their families and people with disabilities.  Profits from the sale of Ambrosius figures also help to fund a Waldorf school in Cluj-Napoca and education for disadvantaged children in rural Transylvania too.
