The water-tight lids are great for trapping in moisture and freshness whilst being easy to remove at lunchtime - just lift the tab and tuck in. To open the lid, lift the tab to release the seal. To close, put the lid on the top and place your hand on it and press down on the silicone lid to seal it. Keeping your steel cups clean is easy as all parts are safe to go into the dishwasher. The empty weight of the containers is etched on the bottom to enable them to be used at the deli counter.
