For each letter of the alphabet, this book gives children a little insight into Haiku poetry and an introduction to mindfulness concepts like Om, Yoga and Zen. This calming childrens book is cleverly written, with inclusive characters and poems that promote emotional wellbeing. The beautiful illustrations are large and very colourful with a unique style that allows children to reflect on their own lives and relationships, complementing the corresponding poem.
