Reel Wood Matthew the Wooden Stegosaurus Toy

The Reel Wood Stegosaurus is a large hand crafted wooden toy, carved from a single piece of sustainably certified American White Oak, with a natural oil finish. Cutting this shape from a single piece of wood means the beautiful wood grains run all the way through the shape - it has a true heirloom look and feel.

Matthew enjoys slow shambles through the forest undergrowth, looking for the tastiest of plants, but has been known to aimlessly swing his tail around when grumpy... so it’s maybe best not to comment on his tiny walnut sized brain when he’s in earshot eh?! It is rumoured that Matthew also has a wonderful singing voice, but we will let you be the judge of that one.

Both eco-friendly and plastic free, this Stegosaurus toy is great for children with an interest in dinosaurs and works wonderfully in a set with other Reel Wood Dinosaurs. The stunning details are hand engraved using a high powered laser, making for a very tactile feel that is great for sensory play.
