The Mader Rainbow Thunderbolt Spinning Top is a challenging wooden spinning top for experienced spinners, rated Level 6 on the Mader difficulty scale.
Slim, fast, and beautifully balanced, the Thunderbolt is one of Mader’s more technical spinning tops. Its tall shape, narrow body, and metal tip make it harder to master than a beginner top, but once the technique clicks, it rewards patience and precision with a fast, satisfying spin. This is a brilliant choice for children and adults who enjoy skill-based toys, tricky challenges, and traditional wooden spinning tops that take practice to control.
To use the Thunderbolt, hold the stem between your fingers, twist firmly, and release onto a smooth surface. The inset metal tip helps protect the base and supports a clean spin, especially when used on a Mader spinning plate.
Mader spinning tops are handmade in Austria using sustainably sourced native hardwoods. Each top is hand-turned, shaped, and painted using non-toxic colours, with skilled workshop processes that give every piece its own traditional character. Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
