Where is my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email, and
  • a despatch email with a link to your tracking information.

You can also view your order and tracking details in your account area at any time.

Your tracking link allows you to manage delivery directly with the courier, including rearranging delivery dates or changing the delivery location. Missed deliveries and most delivery queries can usually be resolved this way.

If you’ve chosen a Saver delivery, please allow 2–5 working days for despatch, with a little extra time after bank holidays or during busy periods.

If your tracking shows a problem that you can’t resolve with the courier, please use the contact form below and we’ll help.

Returns and Refunds

You can return all or part of your order within 60 days for a refund or exchange.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange inside your parcel. Return postage is at your own cost unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed from the day we receive your parcel.

We kindly ask that items are returned unused and in their original packaging. Items returned in a damaged or unsellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, the most important thing is to contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has moved into the shipping process, it isn’t always possible to make changes or cancellations. That said, if we catch it early enough, we’ll always do our best to help.

If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, the quickest way to make a change is to call us on 01766 770644, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm (UK time).

There's a problem with my order

If something isn’t right, please don’t worry, we’ve got you.

Whether you’ve received a faulty item, a damaged item, or the wrong item, we’ll make it right. You’ll be looked after and reimbursed where appropriate.
