Ostheimer Young Farmer / Tractor Driver Wooden Figure
The Ostheimer Young Farmer is a handmade wooden farm figure designed for Waldorf-inspired small world play. Dressed in a simple green top, brown trousers, and a flat cap, this figure can become a tractor driver, farmer, field worker, animal carer, or any character a child’s story needs.
This figure was designed especially for the Ostheimer x Fagus 'Friends by Nature' Tractor, where it fits neatly into the driver’s seat for hands-on farm play. It can also be used independently alongside Ostheimer farm animals, barns, fences, trees, and seasonal play scenes, helping children create their own stories about caring for animals, working the land, and life on the farm.
As with all Ostheimer figures, the simple expression and softly painted details leave space for children’s imagination. This supports open-ended storytelling, role play, language development, and child-led narrative play.
Each Ostheimer wooden figure is traditionally handmade in Germany from sustainably sourced maple wood. It is painted with non-toxic water-based colours that allow the natural wood grain to remain visible, then finished with organic plant oils for a smooth, tactile feel. Fast Worldwide Shipping
Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
