A removable inner pillow allows the shark to be gently warmed or cooled, making them as practical as they are reassuring.

Inside the shark’s body sits a removable pillow made from GOTS certified organic cotton and filled with natural spelt grain. When warmed, the pillow provides gentle heat that can help ease tension and support relaxation during quiet moments, reading time, or pre-bedtime routines. How to Heat and Cool the Senger Naturwelt Shark

Heating:
Remove the pillow from the shark’s body before heating. Warm the spelt grain pillow in the oven at 75°C for 2 to 3 minutes, or gently heat on a radiator. Do not microwave. Do not overheat, as the pillow may burn. Always check the temperature with your hand before use.

Cooling:
For cooling, place the pillow in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. For a stronger cooling effect, it can also be placed in the freezer. Wrap the pillow in a freezer bag before freezing to protect it from moisture.
