Windy Brzezińska is a children's author and trained Montessori guide. When her eldest son was diagnosed as autistic at age 5, and later Windy discovered she, too, was neurodivergent, she decided to step back from the classroom and focus on supporting her children and helping them better understand themselves.
Windy has a lifelong passion for writing, and her debut book 'When My Senses Feel Safe' advocates for the needs of neurodivergent children, raising awareness and giving these children a voice. Windy lives in Spain, and you may know her through her play-based Instagram account @childhoodelevated. As well as writing and open-ended play, she loves spending time outside with her children, gardening and running.
