The Frugi Penhale Parka Coat is a warm children’s waterproof parka made for colder days, school runs, woodland walks and wet-weather exploring. Made with a PU coated organic cotton twill outer, recycled polyester warm wadding, and recycled borg fleece lining.

Waterproof to 3000HH, with taped seams for warmth, this children’s parka is ideal for colder autumn and winter days. The vibrant Tartan Check design features a bold blue check with yellow, navy and orange detailing, finished with a soft borg fleece-lined hood with faux-fur for extra warmth around the head and neck.
