How to Heat and Cool the Senger Naturwelt Goose
Heating:
Remove the pillow from the goose’s belly before heating. Warm the spelt grain pillow in the oven at 75°C for 2 to 3 minutes, or gently heat on a radiator. Do not microwave. Do not overheat, as the pillow may burn. Always check the temperature with your hand before use.
Cooling:
For cooling, place the pillow in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. For a stronger cooling effect, it can also be placed in the freezer. Wrap the pillow in a freezer bag before freezing to protect it from moisture.
