Bumbu Toys Handmade Wooden Phantom Mushrooms Set with Stand
Three ghostly mushrooms for a haunted woodland! The Bumbu Toys Wooden Phantom Mushrooms Set features pale mushroom caps cleverly painted with dark phantom faces, on slender stems with grey shading. Arranged at different heights on a pale display stand, they’re ready for children’s spooky small world play, enchanted forests, and Halloween scenes.
There’s something wonderfully strange about mushrooms dressed as ghosts. Place them beside a witch’s cottage, hide them among wooden trees, or let an owl keep watch over them. Are they warning visitors away or just surprised to see someone? Children can give them their own personalities and decide what happens in their corner of the forest.
Made in Bumbu’s workshop in Bran, Romania, these wooden mushrooms are hand-carved from sustainably sourced wood and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints. Traditional woodworking, shaping, polishing, and painting all go into the finished pieces. We love the imagination behind Bumbu’s designs here at Babipur, and the skilled work that turns a piece of wood into something with so much character.
We do love Halloween, but the amount of throwaway plastic that comes with it can be a bit frightening! These are woodland ghosts we’d want to keep and bring out each autumn. Arrange them among leaves and pumpkins for Halloween and Calan Gaeaf, beside a celebration ring, or leave them in a magical forest for more adventures after October.

About the wood
Each piece begins with a tree, and its grain, growth rings, knots, and darker markings can remain visible in the finished toy. These natural features, together with variations in colour and texture, give each piece its own character and a connection to the tree it came from. Natural wood markings are expected characteristics rather than faults, so your toy may look a little different from the photographs.

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
