Beck’s pastel Froebel Cubes and Cuboids are 63-piece wooden building block sets made from beech in Beck’s German workshops. Each set combines cubes, flat squares and slim columns, all cut to the same proportions as Beck’s 48-piece Froebel blocks, so children can explore halves, wholes and doubles as they stack, sort and build. The cubes echo Friedrich Fröbel’s third gift, while the flat squares and columns draw on his sixth.
Choose between pink, with pastel pink, mint green and natural blocks, or blue, with sky blue, mint green and natural blocks. The colours are stained with water-based colours so the wood grain shows through, and both Spiel Gut awarded sets come in a dovetailed wooden storage box. Suitable from 18 months.
