Wobbel Starter Beech Wood Balance Board with Felt
The Wobbel Starter is a compact, lightweight version of the classic Wobbel board designed especially for younger children, smaller play spaces, and easy portability. Made from FSC certified beech wood and finished with a durable recycled felt backing, the Starter encourages confident movement, balance, and creativity from the earliest age. Strong enough to support up to 100kg yet light enough for little ones to move independently, this felt-backed Starter is perfect for daily indoor play.
What is a Wobbel Starter Board?
The Wobbel Starter follows the same Waldorf-inspired arch design as the Wobbel Original but with proportions tailored to young children. A gentler curve, slimmer middle, and rounded corners provide superb stability whether rocking, climbing, or using the board as part of imaginative setups. The smaller size supports early independence, allowing toddlers and preschoolers to move, flip, and position the board with ease.

Materials and Construction
The Wobbel Starter is made from layers of European FSC certified beech wood pressed under high pressure to create the strong, flexible curve. Boards are made in Belgium and finished in the Netherlands using safe, durable materials, including the recycled felt base.

Suitable from 0+ months. For safe and confident play:
- Supervise young children
- Allow only one child to rock at a time
- Keep fingers and toes clear of the edges
- Use on a flat, even surface with at least 2m of clear space
- Bare feet or non-slip shoes recommended
- Avoid socks or smooth soles to prevent slipping

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.
Returns
If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
