The company tested many rubber compounds before launching Gripz in 2018, soft and pliable but with added durability and slip resistance for playgrounds, garden paths and nursery runs.

Each pair is hand cut and stitched in Inch Blue’s Welsh workshop from premium chrome-free leather that is breathable and gentle on delicate skin. The whimsical Wild Wood design is printed directly onto the leather so the surface stays smooth and flexible. Elasticated ankles mean the shoes stay put on chubby feet but never restrict movement. All materials are tested to be free from harmful chemicals and are safe if chewed or mouthed.
