Patrick Greenwood, creator of Kontu, winner of the 2020 Parents' Choice Awards Gold Award, set out to design toys that would equip playful young learners with early skills in STEM and maths development. Beautifully crafted in Thailand from sustainable rubberwood and rare earth magnets, Kontu are natural, tactile, educational toys that will engage the whole family in learning through play. The wood used to make Kontu is harvested from rubberwood trees that no longer produce latex and would otherwise be burnt, and new trees are planted to replace them.
