How to Measure Torso:
- 1. Grab a measuring tape and a buddy. Tuck your chin down and feel for the large bone at the base of your neck. This is the top of your torso measurement.
- 2. Find the top of your hip bones. Find the middle point between these two on your lower back. This is the bottom of your torso measurement.
- 3. While standing up straight, have a friend measure between the two points to find your correct pack size.
How to Measure Hips/Waist:
- 1. Find the top of your hip bones. Use that as your starting point, then wrap the measuring tape around your waist, staying close to the top of your hip bones.
