Bajo Natural Wooden Doll's Stroller

The Bajo Natural Doll's Stroller is a sturdy wooden toy pushchair with a neutral fabric seat and four wheels, made for carrying dolls, teddies and favourite toys around as part of imaginative play. With its simple natural finish and open design, this newer Bajo stroller makes a beautiful push-along toy for young children who are already walking.

Pop a favourite doll or teddy into the neutral fabric seat and set off around the house or garden. Children can take their passenger shopping, head to an imaginary park, visit friends, pack the stroller with toys for a journey or simply enjoy pushing precious things from one place to another.

Doll play gives children plenty of opportunity for imaginative play, storytelling and role play, with everyday routines becoming part of their own games. The stroller does not dictate what those games need to look like either. Today's passenger might be a baby doll, tomorrow it could be a teddy, a collection of animals or an assortment of treasures that apparently all need transporting at once.

Pushing, steering and manoeuvring the stroller also encourages plenty of walking and whole-body movement, with children judging spaces, changing direction and navigating around whatever is in their way. This naturally brings coordination and spatial awareness into the play. Bajo recommends the stroller from 12 months for children who are already able to walk.

The stroller measures 47cm long, 29.5cm wide and 53cm high and is a lighter version of Bajo's classic Doll's Buggy, while retaining the substantial wooden construction associated with the brand. Its simple open seat makes it easy for children to put their own dolls and soft toys in and take them out again as their games change.

Made in Poland by Bajo using carefully selected wood from certified suppliers. Bajo sources wood responsibly, including making use of smaller pieces left over by other wood industries, and uses certified non-toxic colours based on natural components, including water-based paints and oils, to colour and protect its wooden toys.

A Brief Bajo Story

Established in the tiny village of Kamionna in Poland, at the foot of the mountain bearing the same name, Bajo were making toys at the break of the '90s when the free market was virtually non-existent in Poland. Bajo produce toys that can be made without the need for specialised skills, in order to employ elderly and disabled individuals, as well as people who find it difficult to compete for work. The toys they make carry notion of solidarity in themselves. In the design process they always focus on the possibilities of reaching out to new people.

Here at Babipur we aim to despatch your orders quickly using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, GLS and other couriers. We pack orders Monday to Saturday, if you need an express delivery option we recommend ordering before 1pm for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be sent to you by email or text.

Returns

If something isn't as expected, doesn't fit, or it's simply not right for you, just return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a no quibble refund. We do ask that items are returned in unused condition if you've simply changed your mind. If you have a faulty or damaged item please get in touch, return it to us for a refund or replacement and we'll cover the return costs.
