Flup is an intuitive catching and throwing game that gets the whole family involved. Using two fabric throwing cloths, players launch and catch the cork beanbag between them, creating a simple, energetic game that works brilliantly in the garden, at the beach, in the park, or in the living room.

Easy to learn and fun to master, Flup helps develop coordination, timing, movement, accuracy, and teamwork. Players can start with short, gentle throws, then build up to longer, more precise launches as their confidence grows. With practice, Flup opens up side throws, backhands, high arcs, target games, net games, and point-scoring challenges.

How to Play
Place the beanbag in the throwing cloth, hold the wooden handsticks, and pull them apart to launch the beanbag forwards. The other player catches it in their cloth and sends it back. Start close together while learning the movement, then increase the distance as throws become smoother and more accurate.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor play, Flup is robust enough for the garden, park, or beach, while the lightweight millet-filled beanbag makes it suitable for shorter-distance indoor games too. 

Flup is made with natural and reclaimed materials, showing how discarded textiles can be turned into something useful. The cloths, knows as flup-fabs, are upcycled from rescued bed linen and dyed with plant-based dyes, including madder. Each flup-fab is one of a kind, meaning there may be slight variations in texture and colour. 

The handsticks are made from local beech wood in partnership with local family businesses and Lebenshilfe Borna, while the soft throwing bag is made from vegan, plastic-free cork leather and filled with millet.
