Display this wind chime proudly next to an open window to feel the gentle, fresh echoes of Spring with this Crystalide Wind Chime by Zaphir. These are hand-tuned chords encased in a high quality cylinder, decorated in a modern marble design in a wide variety of colours. 

This is an authentic music instrument created using recyclable, eco-friendly European standard materials of high quality. You can gently hold it's chord at the base of the cylinder to hear the whimsical sounds of the chime or let the breeze delicately sweep the cord to listen to the harmonious melodies.

Eight chords are welded with silver into the metal plate at the base of the resonance tube, and through a precise and meticulous hand-tuning process, this creates a peaceful sequence of clear notes that are rich in overtones created by the glass pendulum striking the tuned rods creating an excellent acoustic experience. The overtones of the shorter chords gradually dominate and become fundamentals, thus forming a circular tone range.

These are most suitable for indoor display, next to a door or a window to allow the wind to catch the chime and deliver calming sounds through your home. If outside, then hang under a roof or a porch to avoid exposure to the elements. If kept in extreme wet and humid conditions as this can cause the wind chime chords to rust and become damaged.
